If stated on the website that the product is 'in stock' we aim to post all orders placed by 4pm that day. For those items that are 'made-to-order' we aim to have them made within 3-5 working days.

Which days do you post?
We ship Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
What courier companies do you use?
We use the Royal Mail.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
If your order is being delivered outside of the EU it will not include the UK Tax and you will be charged a customs and import fee.
These are your responsibility to pay where they apply and sadly we have no influence over this.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our studio you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number for the Royal Mail.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
Contact us immediately and if you order hasn't already been posted, we will change the delivery address for you. Once posted you are responsible to contact Royal Mail about redirecting your parcel.
Once the product has been posted, it is in the care of the Royal Mail and Limeblonde is not responsible for any errors made by this service, postal delays or custom delays. Please contact your local custom office for more information on this.
Email email@example.com for a Returns Authorisation number within seven days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be credited back to the card originally used for payment.
- Refunds must be returned by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
- UK - All items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order and anything accepted after this will be exchange only.
- EU and Rest of World - All items must be returned to us within 20 days of you receiving your order and anything accepted after this will be exchange only.
- The return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed
- All returns should be sent back unworn and unwashed, with all labels and tags in place. Anything returned damaged or soiled may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
- A return request outside of the 7 day window may be accepted at our discretion. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry.
- Before your order leaves our warehouse it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us within 48 hours of signing for your purchase.
- Please note that we cannot refund any custom or import fees.
- Sale or promo items cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Our aim is to have happy customers so we spend a lot of time ensuring that our images reflect out products as accurately as possible. Different monitors or browsers can alter the true colour of the product depending on the settings but Limeblonde cannot be held responsible for this.
