As each item is made to order, once an order is placed we do not offer refunds.
Discounted items from our sale section and custom cut orders are exempt from exchange and these sales are final.
All accessories are exempt from exchange unless it is a size swap in the same style.
Please email within 5 working days of receiving your order if you'd like an exchange on a full priced item.
Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be unworn and undamaged with no make up/stains.
- The labels still attached to the garment.
- You must send the item back within 14 days of receiving your item if you're from the UK and within 28 days for our International babes.
Please get in touch with us via email (hello@limeblonde.co.uk) if you want to exchange your item and we will provide you with the address info.
We don’t offer free exchanges so you are responsible for the cost of the exchange.
We recommend any exchanges are sent tracked as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. If evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed, your item will be sent back to you.
Please allow time for a new item to be made for an exchange which can take a further 10-14 days once your original order has got back to us.
